André Cebrián, flute
(Santiago de Compostela, Spain, 1986)
André studied in Salamanca, Detmold and Geneva with Pablo Sagredo, János Bálint and Jacques Zoon. Regularly invited as principal flute by the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León and the Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona I Nacional de Catalunya (OBC), André also collaborates with the Orchestra Mozart, Staatskapelle Dresden, Orquestra Nacional do Porto, Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, Real Filharmonía de Galicia, Sinfónica de Galicia and Plural Ensemble.
He has been a member of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester for five years, as of the Spanish National Youth Orchestra and Britten-Pears Orchestra. He has appeared as soloist with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia, Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León, Orquesta Gaos, Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Kraków, Symphony Orchestra of Zabrze and Galician Chamber Orchestra.
He has given courses and master classes in different Spanish and South American music academies and orchestras.
At the moment, he is Professor at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón, Zaragoza.
